INGREDIENTS
- 7 apples with the peel
- 1 C. maple syrup
- 1 C. of butter or margarine
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 t. water
METHOD
- Wash, cut and cook the apples for 20 minutes.
- Blend everything in a food processor until smooth.
- Pour into reusable pouches
- Taste!
Peel = more fiber, less waste and less effort!
Makes approximately 6x 4oz pouches
