- Ingredients :
- - 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- - 1/2 cup maple syrup
- - 1/4 cup of water
- - A teaspoon of lemon juice
- In a saucepan, pour 2 cups of fresh or frozen cranberries.
- Add 1/2 cup maple syrup and 1/4 cup water.
- Add a dash of lemon juice
- Heat over high heat for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Do not cover.
- Put everything in a blender.
- Chill the syrup in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Pour the syrup into your Kangoo pouches.
- On Christmas Eve, pour a few drops of kir into the bottom of a glass or champagne flute.
- Add the sparkling wine of your choice
- Garnish with some fresh cranberries and/or a sprig of rosemary.
- Make a splash at your Christmas party 🤭
*The syrup can be made the day before. The syrup can be kept in the refrigerator for 5 days.
