- Ingredients :
- - 2.t fresh or frozen cranberries
- - 1/2 t. maple syrup
- - 1/4 t. water
- - A C. teaspoon lemon juice
- In a cauldron, pour 2t. fresh or frozen cranberries.
- Add 1/2 cup maple syrup and 1/4t. of water.
- Add a splash of lemon juice
- Heat over high heat for 10 minutes. Stir a few times. Do not cover.
- Place everything in a blender.
- Cool the syrup in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Pour the syrup into your Kangoo pouches.
- On Christmas Eve, pour a few drops of kir into the bottom of a glass or champagne flute.
- Add the sparkling wine of your choice
- Garnish with a few fresh cranberries and/or a sprig of rosemary.
- Make your Christmas party all the rage 🤭
*The syrup can be made the day before. The syrup can be kept in the refrigerator for 5 days.
