SHIPPING POLICY

Please note that your order will be processed within 48 business hours (for items available in inventory) of receipt so that you can receive it as quickly as possible. However, it is important to take note when carriers may also experience certain processing delays over which we have no control. The delivery date estimated by our team could be modified by the carriers or influenced according to the current circumstances.

Cancellation or refund of an order already shipped may be subject to shipping charges. Also, no priority can be given to an order and no modification (addition or removal of products) can be completed once an order has been confirmed. Finally, please note that Kangoo et Cie is not or will not be responsible for any breakage or damage caused to your packages due to weather conditions. All our packages are delivered by Canada Post. The tracking number will be emailed to you after your package has been shipped.

It is also normal that you dont have a tracking number in your confirmation mail.

It is the responsibility of the customer to indicate the correct delivery address. If there is an error, customer service will contact you. Transportation charges may be withheld. This also applies in the case of unclaimed or refused parcels.

Delivery costs and times

Fixed delivery costs in Quebec are $2.99 ​​with a delay of 4 to 6 business days. Shipping is free for any purchase of $35 or more (Canada only). The delivery time may be relative depending on the availability of the products ordered. 

For the United States and France, the shipping rate is $9.99 CAD at all times.
